Life P2 is usually discounted to $5 less than that. I guess Fathers aren’t special?

In UK I paid £33 in March

Bought two. One for me, one unopened for next person who complements mine.

I have a quick question (off topic) but can we not edit our own topics anymore? Had a little time today so wanted to make edits to my deals threads but I can’t find the pencil icon to edit it

Thanks for the deal!

@professor @ximage29 all fair points, but it all depends on the time, discount promotion and need / requirement for the deal to look attractive or not. Someone looking for a deal right away for gifting or purchase, these are best there is on Amazon now (may be there are some better prices than these, on some other site  )

Similar to these, there are much better deals around Nov-Dec-Jan… but that does not mean, that someone would wait that long if they have a requirement… deals & discounts are time-based / time limited, so if we get it while the price is low, its cool… else, may be if price goes down, try for price match, and if price goes higher than what you paid, rejoice

Older threads you can’t edit, they migrate to cheaper lower cost read-only cached storage, it saves on hosting. I don’t know how long you can edit, but it’s for sure at least days but not months.

e.g. my thread in March

I have no edit on subject line at all

I only have these icons (no edit)

But this newer one of mine

I have these

and

Ahh ok so I guess I’ll just make new threads then and try to keep those updated. Thanks!

It’s June.

I’m thinking about my winter clothing.

In January I was thinking about garden furniture.

But that’s just me. Today is the tomorrow you had all yesterday to plan for.

From what I read a while ago it’s a default ‘safety’ feature within Discourse, which is set to 2 or 3 months. Can be adjusted in the config to longer for members…

You may well be correct, but read-only is computationally cheaper than read-write as you can simply cache in the web server vs having to push updates to the database layer.

Safety would be to prevent some unknown vulnerability destroying all data faster than you can restore.

Nice discount on the Soundcore Pro+

I just bought it on June 13 on Amazon directly sold by AnkerDirect no code or promo required. So yeah…taking advantage of Father’s day by increasing the price not cool.

I understand… discounts keep fluctuating But it is what it is…One consolation is at least there is a discount…

As one of the rules state, if users / members have any questions / concerns, they may reach the support.

That’s not true. There’s nearly always a discount. The launch price is high so the discount looks higher. Pick any product…

That launch price lasted a short time, then it just goes up/down between small discount to larger discount. You’re saying at least (this example product) is not £31, well I see it’s not yet £22 for it’s umpteenth time. No, the “any discount is something” is not valid, it’s high deep a discount relative to the usual discount is the sign of a better deal.

Great deals!! :clap::clap::clap:
