Hi. My new Anker Prime 20000 power bank just arrived with a pair of Anker series 5 cables. All bought from Amazon Anker official store.
Now when I connect the power bank to a wall charger with One Plus cable that I have, everything is good. Power bank shows that it is charging with correct wattage. But when I connect the same power bank and wall charger with Anker cable, the power bank shows that it tries to charge the wall, output instead of input.
The same thing happens with other wall chargers. I’ve even tried to reverse the Anker cable thinking it may be directional or something.
What can be the issue?
