Anker PowerWave Fast Wireless Charging Pad + PowerIQ port

Hello,

I’m interested in purchasing the Anker PowerWave Fast Wireless Charging Pad for use with my iPhone X. I understand that it doesn’t come with an adapter and was going to connect it to my Anker 10 Port 60W Data Hub, which offers 3 PowerIQ ports providing 12W.

Would that be enough to power the charging pad and provide 7.5W to my iPhone X? The specs say that it requires a Quick Charge 3.0 adapter but wondering if the PowerIQ port would suffice.

No, with that setup, your iPhone would charge at 5W. You need a Quick Charge charger for 7.5W wireless charging.
