Anker Powerwave 7.5 pad Blue LED

I have had this for 6 months form my note 8. Just upgraded to Iphone11’s. Unplugged pad to move it and after plugging it in with NOTHING on it - blue led starts flashing. Tried a different charger, a differnt plug. Any Ideas? Surface is clean.

Hi @ericmuench, ensure that you are using a Quick Charge wall adapter.

If the LED still flashes blue, please contact support@anker.com.
