Anker PowerExpand SD card Reader not working

Hello,

I have an “Anker PowerExpand Adaptateur USB C 8 en 1” . The device is working but not the SD card reader.
The SD card keeps disconnecting or disappearing. HOwever it works well when I plugged directly to the computer.

Does anyone got the some issue please ?

I say start out with the easiest solution

Clean out the different parts where it connects for any dust n such.

Check on using different cables

Thus eliminate the easy solutions
