Anker PowerCore Speed 20000 PD won't recharge

Purchased Anker PowerCore Speed 20000 PD in May 2018. Worked fine until this week but now will not hold a charge. I tried a different cable and a 2nd Anker adapter and still doesn’t work. Any ideas other than calling for Warranty Replacement?

What kind of charger and cable are you using? Also does it do anything when you plug it in to charge?
One thing you can try to do is reset the battery pack by taking the USB end and plugging that into the USB port and the it her end into the charge port, basically your creating a loop on the battery pack to reset the internal safety mechanisms. And then try to charge it after doing so

first used the charger and cable that came with the device. Then tried a different Anker multiport charger that I had. Then tried the usb-c to usb-c cable for my pixel phone. All that happens is that a single light comes on. At your suggestion I have now plugged a USB to usb-c cable into the device in a loop. Still shows a single light when I press the button. Sounds like I should leave it like this for awhile and see what happens. Thanks for the suggestion.

When you go to charge this, plug it in without pressing the button. This will allow the pack to charge itself. If you oress the button first you must wait for the lights to turn off as it will try to output a charge instead of taking the charge

Ok - thanks
