Has the Anker PowerCore Speed 20000 PD been discontinued?

It doesn’t appear to be in stock anywhere. It was recommended for use with the Ricoh 360 camera.

Which of the PowerCore chargers that are available would be the equivalent of the Speed 20000 PD?
