Anker Powercore Speed 20000 PD - Always assume fully charged when it is not

Hello,

My anker powercode speed 20000 PD doesn't charge. Whenever I plugged in the USB C charger, it is showing 3 lights fully on and 1 light blinking. It always assume that it is fully charged. But when press the on button it is showing 1 light blinking.

Anyone knows how to reset the charge? I bought this charge during a surprise box sale which doesn’t covered by warranty. It is by an authorized Anker online store.
Thank you.

You could do a reset :
Plug the cable which you got with the pb in the input and the output of the pb.

Keep in mind that as the bank charges each light will become solid and the rest will blink until it is fully charged. It sounds to me like it is doing what it should be doing, leave it plugged in overnight for at least 8 hours and see what its state of charge is. If your using an appropriate charger it should take between 8 and 10 hours to fully charge

Tried resetting but still showing the same behaviour.
Thank you for the help.

I tried charging it overnight but unfortunately this powerbank is smart; as long as it detect it is full, all the LED will be off.
The problem is that it always think it is full when it is not( when pressing the on button, only 1 LED is blinking meaning the powerbank is < 25%);
Thanks for the help.

If you press the button and then plug it in to charge it will output a charge and not take the charge. Make sure your not pressing any button and all the lights are off when you plug it in charge.

As for the reset, try leaving the cable plugged in for up to 10 seconds

I didn’t press any button except to plug in the charging cable.
As for the reset, I leave for 5 mins and the behavior is still the same. Always think it is fully charged when it is not.
Thank you for the help.
