Anker Powercore SELECT 10,000 problems!

Hi guys,

Just bought the Anker Powercore Select 10,000 powerbank. I unfortunately am experiencing some problems…

Whenever I plug just one device, it works perfectly, BUT, as soon as I plug 02 devices at the same time, it stops working (power gets cut off) and aqll 4 lights start blinking. As soon as I unplug one, it makes the other device work automatically.

Why is this happening? How can I fix it?

Please make sure that the Anker Powercore is fully charged before first use

It recharges fully in about 5.5 hours with a 5V/2A charger.

Once fully charged, try to connect 2 devices (or phones ) via the USB-A ports for charging and let us know if they still do not charge.

Sounds like there may be an issue with the cable being used. Try using a different cable if possible, check the charge ports on the devices and make sure they are free from lint and debris. Then check again with different cables and or devices to see if it still does it with different products
