Anker PowerCore+ 26800mAh PD 45W stopped charging after 4 days.

I bought a Anker PowerCore+ 26800mAh PD 45W from best buy for my 2018 Razer Stealth 13". It worked wonderful the first three days, would extend my laptop’s life for 5 hours on a full charge. On the 4th day I connected it to my laptop and it would charge for a couple seconds then just stop. The battery shows at 100% full. I’ve waited the 30 minutes to reset it like I’ve seen in other posts, but that doesn’t seem to be helping.

Anyone else having these issues, or know how to fix?

Hace you made sure the cables are connected all the way? Maybe try a different cable

Connect the output and input ports and press the power button to reset.

It is most likely a bad cable, they fail the most often, so try a different cable.

Next most likely is the charger, try different charger, noting this is probably trickiest for you as you need a PD charger 27W which you probably don’t have another.

Finally having tried both then email support@anker.com quoting ordering details, receipt, and serial number, the nature of the problem and all your efforts above to solve already, then they’ll sort you out.

So it started working an hour later. The battery pack was really cold from charging on my basement floor the night before so I’m not sure if that had something to do with it.

Also I can’t connect the power and input and output. The input is C and the other two ports are A.

I’ll see if the same issue happens today when I go write some more.

Lithium needs keeping at room temperature. Cool not cold.
