Hi All,

My power core is about 28 months old and I’ve used it a great deal while travelling with no issues. Seems with the travel ban the last few months I’ve charged my battery without issue but it’s no longer discharging (Charging my devices) I did take a quick look around the forum and haven’t seen another have this issue recently. Before I recycle it… I’m looking for any insights.

Try a reset : connect input and output via cable

Thanks, I’ve tried to connect the input with each of the 3 outputs. Sometimes the dial lights up. But when I plug in my phone / device with OEM or other cable… seems the battery does not charge the device.
