Anker Powercore 26800 pd Help Please

I have had my 26800 pd for 20 months (2 mo. outside of exp.) I have the correct power cord. It shows fully charged (all lights circle) when plugged into the wall. I unplug from the wall and 1 of 3 thing happen to the light circle

1: 1 quick flash of the first light right of 12 o’clock (this happens most of the time about 7 out of 10 presses of the circle.

2: 2 lights flash quickly ("the first light from above and the one next to it on the right) This second most about 2 out of 10 presses.

3: All lights light up for 5 seconds but unit does not charge and then they turn off.

I have tried:

1: Holding the center light down for 30+ seconds = nothing
2: while the micro sd charging port is in plugging the USB into each of the 3 ports. = the 2 “slow ports” will cause the light circle to fully light up. the “fast” port does nothing light wise.
3: dissembled it. Nothing stood out with the batteries, circuit board, connections, USB or micro ports.

Bonus Question… If this unit is a lost cause and the batteries are still good am I able to use them in my 2016 JBL Extreme. The battery life on that has decreased to about 10 min so I just leave it plugged in when I play it.

Thank you so much!!!

Any ideas???

Thank you,

Mike

Did you disconnect any of the wires and/or prior to disassemble did you try a reset by looping the charging input & output ports?

before I disassembled it I tried looping the input with each of the three outputs individually… doing this I noticed that the two low powered USB ports cause the light wheel to light up showing that it’s fully charged when they’re looped. when I Loop the high speed USB charging port and hit the light wheel no lights illuminate.

I did not disconnect any wires when I disassembled it it was just for a quick visual inspection of the boards or to see if I could see any signs of battery malfunction, or anything else obvious. I did not find anything…

I put it back together and it’s still presents the same light indications and patterns and does not work.

Thank.
