Hi. I have a Anker PowerCore 20100 Nintendo Switch edition that will not charge, be charged or turn on. It was working normally and was fully charged the night before. When the button on the power bank is pressed, all 4 LEDs will flash for a second and it immediately turns off again. Trying to charge the power bank does not seem to do anything, the LEDs remain turned off. Help would be much appreciated.

Try using a different cable and wall plug to charge and see if you note any difference…do Not press the button when u plug it in
I have tried using 2 different USB-C cables and also another wall plug (the Nintendo Switch charger) and it still doesn’t seem to work. The LEDs remain dead.
Edit: Just tried the USB-A port with a USB-A to USB-C cable and seems to be dead too.

Plug one end I’ll to the USB-A port and plug the other end I to the USB-C port for 8 to 10 seconds, this should reset an ugh internal faults. Then try to charge it again. If all else fails then send an email to support@Anker.com tell them what steps you ua e taken to try and fix the issue, also provide them with your serial number of the battery pack as well as your order number to further help expedite a possible warranty exchange

Tried the above suggestion but still no dice. Guess I will send them an email. Thanks for the help.
How long are you waiting to give up?
Depending on how.flat the powerbank is, and how powerful your wall charger is, it could be an hour or so before the first blink LED.
