Anker PowerCore 20100 not charging devices

Hi, Anker PowerCore 20100 is not charging any device connected to it. LEDs are not flashing and i have reset it multiple times as well as multiple cables. Is there anything else i can try?

If it is still under warranty you should contact the support.
As far I see you tried all which can be done.
But you could clean the sockets of the pb.
Sometimes the contacts there are dirty.

I’m guessing you see 3 lights come on when you push the button? Just making sure the unit itself is showing a full charge. Other than that, I agree with @Chiquinho that you should check the contacts and try to clean them if possible. And if that doesn’t work, definitely reach out to support.
