Anker powercore 20100 broke down in less than 24 hours

I bought anker powercore 20100 yesterday night , i tried it and it was working

Today , just after 24 hours , the powerbank is gone lol ! I bought it for 50$ and it’s stopped working in 24 hours ! That’s ridiculous!

Do you mean “gone” as in, no more at that sale price or someone stole yours?

Where at??

No i mean it stopped working and apparently it’s broken already!

Have you tried plugging it in? They don’t come fully charged.

I actually tried it and it was working fine , i put it to charge overnight, woke up and bang it stopped working

Do you guys think there is any solution for this ? Do i just have to return it to the supplier?

Try using another cable. If that doesn’t work, then email Anker at support@anker.com and they should be able to troubleshoot with you or replace it.

I tried with different cables and different devices, ipad , iphone & Samsung phone , nothing is being charged!

I will contact them and i hope they will replace it

Where did you purchase it from? Perhaps exchange it out if it’s a local store. Otherwise, contact Anker at that email address. They have great customer service.

What wall plug did you use to charge it? Some wall plugs do not supply enough power to properly charge and or supplies too much this tripping the internal fault cut off. Try taking the charging cable and plugging it into the USB port and take the other end and plug it into the charge input port, this will force an internal reset and if that’s the fault it should fix it

Thank you for your replay , actually i connected it to the phone charger ( Samsung fast charger 2.1amp) , it was charging normally in the beginning but i left it overnight to charge and when i woke up it just stopped working

I tried to reset it but unfortunately it still didn’t work , i just put it back in the box and i will return it today , i think it’s a defective unit

For future reference, the Samsung fast charger will not fast charge the powerbank as it’s an adaptive charger. It reverts to the lowest speed when charging a device that doesn’t request the higher output such as phones

Sorry to hear this issue happened.
You could contact support@anker.com to get a replacement.
