hi i have anker powercore+13400 the quick charge 3.0 port was working normal but now when i connect any phone its says slow charging what happen any one knows?

I can see online, to reset your Powerbank, try connecting the output to the input with the supplied lead for 5 seconds, recharging and discharge and recharge again.
Could this be in trickle charge mode?
Some power banks have a low charge mode for charging very small devices like earbuds.
Trickle charge mode is normally indicated by one of the indicator lights being green.
It’s activated my pressing the button for 4-5 seconds.
Is this the same on all devices your charge?
Finally, have you tried a different cable to what you were using previously?
Have you tried using a different cable? Over time the cables resistance becomes greater and thus reduced power output due to bending and fatigue. Please try with a new cable and report back

Maybe you have been unlucky and your PowerCore has developed a fault.
Is it under warranty, have you spoken with the supplier about swapping the unit?
i take it from anker agency in iraq but now im in turkey for finshing my phd i think i have 2 month and the warranty will be expired
Did you buy online, could you retrieve a copy of the receipt online?
