Hi @maria.mustermann have you completed the correct connection / pairing steps or what steps have you tried so far?

Perhaps the docs and drivers section could help with troubleshooting.

Hello,
we tried pairing like you typically pair. My phone (Sony) was able to connect after several trials, the Samsung was only able to connect after an firmware update. So it works, but that was really annoying.
