Anker PowerConf C300 errors already in use of another app

I set up my pc again and now AnkerWorks says that the camera is already being used by another program. But this cannot be the case.
I uninstalled skype and didn’t install anything else.
Now I am at a loss. My old camera works fine.
Any ideas?

I dont know about that AnkerWorks, but you could delete the camera there and connect it again.
Or you could delete that AnkerWorks and install it again.
