Anker Power IQ 3.0 chargers compatible with an old Galaxy Note 3 phone?

If yes, what is the input & output type? one end is USB-A and other end is USB-C. Is there something better & faster? USB-C to USB-C?

Is this the fastest charger ever for my old phone? Anker IQ 3.0 or something else? Thunder bolt 3.0? I’m a newbie, some of these different ports & charging technology confuses me.

The PowerIQ 3.0 should work just fine. And don’t worry about a thunder bolt cable, that’s more for data speeds when transferring files
