Hi Anker, I got your Anker power core 1000 portable version 1. Yesterday, my Anker fall down from 1 meter from my hand. So I want to ask that it is safe to use again and these are no problem with your product, is it right?

Can you see any visible cracks or severe damage to the casing??
Does anything rattle if you shake it a bit?
If it looks and sounds ok I would of thought it was fine. They are built to take a bit of a knock.

I have dropped my powercore II down 2 flights of stairs, I was running up the stairs and didn’t realize the pocket in my shoulder bag was opened and it fell out. I watched it bounce all the way to the ground, I ran back down and low and behold all is still well. Just a few scuffs but otherwise still rocking

As @Oggyboy said, check for a rattle inside in first instance as that will be a sure fire way of telling if something has become dislodged. Also check for splits in casing.
Personal experience is that they are pretty robust and well made so it should be fine.
Thank all you guy, I have checked and there is no visible crack. The pin still working normally. Latest time, I forgot to uncharge but the power is automatically turned off. Hope it will fine. I just worry about the quality if somehow the pin will exploit someway…I don’t know. Anw, thank you.
