Anker power bank turn off

I have a Anker power bank. used it a few times, but now it just turns off after 2 seconds and doesn’t charge anything! the bank is fully charged

Please test it with different devices and cables. If the problem remains, please contact Anker Customer Support to process a warranty claim.

I had this once and it ended up being an old cable at fault.
The PowerCore wasn’t registering anything was connected and shut down, as yours is doing.

Please update us with your progress.

You could try a reset : connecting input and output!
