Anker Power Bank, PowerCore 26800mAh Portable Charger with Dual Input Port

Hi

So i bought the Anker Power Bank, PowerCore 26800mAh Portable Charger with Dual Input Port back in March.

I have not used it for several months so I presume the batteries have discharged.

I have come to charge the unit but it does not seem to charge. If you charge with one lead the 1st led flashes intermittently (blue) as it would when charging once it charges gradually then the other leds would flash one by one till fully charged.

When I add the second input lead the first led flashes like before but the other 3 Leds flash constant as though there is a fault.

Has anyone else had a similar experience, it such a shame as its only been used a couple of times. I have tried different chargers and leads to no avail.

Thanks

“deep discharging”.
May be there is a trick to wake up the pb.

Thanks How do I keep discharging?

Charge with a single input using a suitable wall charger until fully charged. Then try discharging and completing a top up recharge using both ports. If this fails to resolve try a reset of the powerbank by looping the input and output ports.

If you’re not going to use for a period of time, try and keep the charge level around 60-80% while storing

You must use old fashioned 2A 5V chargers, not a modern fast high speed charger.

Two of them.

Chances are you’re using a too complicated charger which refused to output 5V 2A.
