Anker power bank is still on, doesn’t shut off :(

Hi, I bought a USAMS 30000mAh 65W Fast Charging Power Bank, but the
percentage indicator doesn’t turn off even when I unplug the cable and
my power bank device drains for 3-4 days while it’s standing. Can you
help me please? Is there a way to restart or update the device?

USAMS is not an Anker brand. Not sure where you bought it from, but I doubt it was Anker.

This is not an ANKER device.
You could try to contact the manufacturer’s support (USAMS)
