I understand there are a lot of questions in regards to the Anker Bucks, but does anyone have any information on Anker points we are accumulating?

I’d say they’re just here as a ‘personal’ achievement thing, like post counts. Probably nothing really in the big scheme of things.

I think its just a metric, status, to add to the sense of fun, I’m not expecting anything material from it. If Anker were to try to attach $ value then the bots would tear it apart.

Hypothetical example:

  • months ago when this forum created, you created a few thousand accounts. How many of the 300,000 members are real?
  • then months later if there was any prizes, say based on likes, or other means, then you use a small random fraction of your fake accounts to then appear as real users, and so win something.
  • that would make those who used bots able to significantly increase their chance, and as they don’t intend to spend any more money with Anker or broadcast more free-advertisement, Anker is the loser.
