Hello guys, I had an issue with Anker Nebula Mars II, the lid cover for len which acts as a power button, slide it down to auto turn on, slide it up to auto turn off, it is very convenient to use, recently I have to force the lid cover down to turn ON the projector. What could be the issue and what can be the solution to this?

Hi
My nebula mars keep shutting down and restating on its own. I did the factory reset within and pressed the rest button on the back. The problem remains the same. Not able to use the projector anymore. It looks like a defective product, I am still having the warranty. Can you send me a replacement?
I have contacted the support, waiting for their response.
