anker lc40 led lights up very dim

my anker lc40 stop working, but the led brights very low still, it has been only working a couple of months.

Have you fully charged the flashlight? And in quick succession press the power button to cycle the brightness level

Fully charged?
Is so and you are in the warranty period contact the support.
Could be a faulty battery, that happens.
