Anker Free Gift

Mine was posted on the 6th of December and it’s still not here. Never waited this long for anything . Why don’t anker give the free gifts away in November , in stead of posting it around Christmas, It’s been a painful wait.

Mine not arrived either. It isn’t something I particularly want/need but its just a loose end niggle.

I also got an email on the 6th of December about the gift being shipped. Still nothing, but like stated above I’m sure it should arrive soon.

Just emailed them a few days ago. Technically, it’s been 33 working days TODAY since they emailed me last (Dec. 6). Didn’t receive it yet. No response either.

anker must of sent free gift by boat the time it’s taking, I have ordered from china before it does not take this long to come. It would be less stress just to buy the free gift yourself, it is worth paying £10 then you won’t have to check the mail box everyday and have the worry about it not coming. Terrible service by anker. Was going to give the little charger to my partner as the 20100 charger is a little big for hand bags. Think I will have to buy her one.

Probably does not help, anker putting there logo all over the delivery bag and rewards on it, they must be going missing all the time.

Just emailed them yesterday and they said that it had been lost during shipping. They asked me to verify my address and said it should be here in the next few days. It’s been 41 days/29 business days since I received the confirmation email on December 9th. I’d recommend emailing them if you still haven’t received your gift at this point. It may be lost like mine was and they’ll ship it out again.

I think they shipped using a small dinghy boat lol. I can imagine they wanted to cut their costs as much as possible on the logistics and packaging front. After all they’re losing money on it so might as well minimize the loss.

I think Chuck Noland would benefit from getting an Anker PowerHouse a charging cable and a phone in his package! :grin:

I may have spoken too soon. it’s now been 37 days and still no sign of the free powercore unit… Not going to make a big deal about it seeing how it was a free gift from Anker… I’ll just have to wait a bit longer & hopefully I’ll have something to show for it soon. if not this doesn’t deter me from wanting or buying future Anker products, was just hoping for this core.

Oh my gosh! I emailed them too, and after over one week of waiting, they said the same exact thing back to me!!! What even!!!
