Sent them a support email this morning as a reminder. Again it’s not a big deal and according to most of your comments, there seems to be a shortage on these units, which is understandable.

I suspect the reason I haven’t gotten the Powercore is because I’m using a Post Office Box Address. The email sent was to inform them of this and that I’m willing to forward my work address instead.

Received an unexpected surprise today (but very appreciated) from Anker, only I don’t know if it has come due to this thread or this one as I received neither an email for winning and/or confirmation of delivery address;

Only hope someone else’s name hasn’t been misplaced with mine with some of the longer delivery times people are mentioning…

Oh ok that was not the Anker gifts we’re talking about then. What we are all getting here are little, single things, such as a PowerCore+ mini or a 1 port car charger. Dang it, haha.

Did you ever receive your free gift?

I picked the PowerCore mini before Xmas and I am still awaiting it to arrive. I am in the UK but still received a similar email. Wonder if it was actually a US thing and they made a mistake?

Just got another email from Anker this morning… They wanted to clarify if in fact the items was shipped and or was lost during shipment… Once it’s determined the item was lost in shipment, They said they would send another one out “ASAP” But just to be on the safe side I informed them to send the Powercore to an alternate address…

Let’s hope it’s on it’s way… again and very soon.

Nothing here either…damn I hate feeling like I need to twist a companies arm over something that is free😕! It just doesn’t feel right.

So I have returned the email to anker after they asked me to if I had not received the item by the end of January.
