Anker ergonomic mouse troubleshooting

Hello everyone!
I’m having trouble getting my Anker wireless ergonomic mouse (ref A7809012) to work : even with new batteries, when I turn on the mouse, it shows a red light on the side for about 4 seconds and nothing happens, it doesn’t work on my windows 10. The mouse used to work perfectly up until now, and I couldn’t find any answer on the web.
Could Anker’s techs or someone else help me resolve this issue?

If you have had the device less than 18 months I would recommend contacting support@anker.com for assistance and/or replacement under warranrt if the behavior is determined to be a fault.

Overall, would you recommend the mouse?
