My company has bought many of the Anker 11-in-1 docks over the past year. I have used a number of these to work on micro SDcards. Every dock that I have used has been a pain to work with. (They suck.)
Every time I need to insert or extract a micro card, I have to play with the dock to get the operation done. Why do I need to press the card 4-5 times before the card will insert of extract?
This is a mechanical issue. The micro slot is clean and there are no obstructions observed in the slot. It does not matter if the dock is new or used. The micro slot is very unfriendly.
Why is your dock such a pain to use?
