So I have an idea for an anker discord server. If we made one people could get (or try to get) immediate help with there anker products. That way people don’t have to wait days or weeks to try to get them fixed. If everyone lets me know what they think, either me or @AnkerOfficial can make one! (Depending on if anker is supportive of it)

I would suggest this is something to discuss direct with @AnkerOfficial via PM…as for making your own (with or without Anker authorization)…look how the official reddit has gone…
The best method for support of Anker products (because your dealing directly and officially) is using support@anker.com or asking/searching for the issue on here if it’s a minor query and a 10 minutes ago result is required…

I don’t think the Anker subreddit is bad, it’s just kinda dead if anything
With the wide spread of members locations thankfully people don’t have to wait too long before getting help here.
I can honestly say I’ve used reddit once - just to see what it was like and left it alone lol
Not saying it’s bad, just look how its turned out…start diluting your support channel options and one or more are likely to either suffer on the support front, be abused or just fade away…
