Anker Bluetooth Keyboard A7721 - "WRTY" keys not working on Macbook 2018

Hi folks,

I have an A7721 keyboard which appears to be working and pairing seamlessly with my Macbook 2018. The only issue is with the following keys : W, R, T Y. They are unresponsive and not working at all.

I’ve tried to remove and re-connect the device, but this keep happening.

Any guess regarding this strange issue?

Try to connect the keyboard to a different device and see if the issue persist, if it does it may be time for a new keyboard.
