You may or may not know the answer, but here goes.
If I order from Anker’s “certified used” section, will everything come in the regular box? And will it be resealed just like a factory item?
Is everything cleaned before the resell it?

If you mean the 2md hand shop on Anker, then yes, it looks the same as new, but it’s Preloved!

It all depends, I have gotten stuff in a plane white boxes and the product looks new. And other times I have gotten the regular box, so I guess it depends on if they have the box for the items
