Is it possible to remap Fn keys to normal F1-F12 instead of useless by default?

I am sure every OS can do.

I suppose you are using WIN.
You can alter the keyboard layout.
But as a LINUX-user I can not tell you more.

Thanks for the answer.
I want to normal F1-F12 keys instead of the current garbage that ones doing but whatever that I’ve found is describing the opposite operation or just explaining how to blocking the Fn key forever. And most of those founded deals are required the installation of various suspicion programs.
