Anker A7721 keyboard not working on MAC

What experience are MAC users having with ANKer A7721 Ultra compact keyboard? Mine just stopped responding! Even the new replacement I bought doesn’t work :frowning_face:

Hi @kelly5 can you provide some more detail on what you by not responding such as;

  • is it dropping the connection
  • showing as connected but with no key response
  • incorrect key response

You could try a BT module reset on your Apple device to see if it resolves your issue by completing the following;

  • Hold Option (Alt) key on your Mac’s keyboard and click the Bluetooth symbol in the top-right corner of the macOS menu bar.
  • Select Debug sub menu
  • Click Reset Bluetooth Module
  • Restart Mac

It’s showing as connected but no key response

Have you tried a reset on the BT module using the steps above?

I haven’t yet!
