Anker A7721 Keyboard Malfunctions

Most of the special characters just stopped working.

The at symbol, colon, semicolon and more.

Any help is appreciated.

I would just send an email to Anker support for this. Also, try not to create a thread twice for the same issue

What OS are you using the keyboard on, Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android? Also have you tried a fresh pairing?
