Anker A3341 Manual and Settings

I am trying to set up an Anker A3341 for use with my wife’s bluetooth hearing aids and I am unable to find a manual anywhere online. (The print in the included manual is too small and to greyed out to read even with reading glasses)

My specific needs are to try to set up the transmitter in “Low Latency” mode as this is essential to connecting it to media audio where she is not the only one listening to the audio output.

While using the AUX input is better than some other BT transmitters, there is still a delay that makes using both speakers and bluetooth unacceptable. An “answered question” on the A3341 page

Thanks for the response;

However, I had already found those 3rd party manuals, and looking at all of them that I found, they were copies of the paper manual that came with the unit that is pretty limited.

An answer posted in the Amazon Anker answers section noted that he found a complete manual on the Anker Web Site (which I have been unable to find) that contained additional information that he posted;

> In sender mode:
> When Soundsync is turned off;
> Press and hold multi-function button
> for 7 seconds to activate AptXTM HD status. 
> Press and hold for another 7 seconds to deactivate AptXTM HD status.
> Note: When activating AptXTM HD, the LED indicator will first flash blue for several seconds; when it flashes green,
> it means AptXTM HD is activated.
> Steady green (1 second):
> AptXTM HD(TX) is activated.
> Flashing green(twice):
> AptXTM HD(TX) is deactivated.

I have been unable to get the above to work although I have noticed that the unit does appear to be responding to the attempts… i.e. I got a “green light” during a couple of attempts, but was unable to change the mode indicator which always displays only a single flash indicating an operations status (???) of “SBC”

Again, I am trying to set up the audio for TV/Streaming viewing with my wife who wears hearing aids. She has significant problems understanding content via the speakers. I have successfully paired her hearing aids with the anker and she is able to understand most audio content on her hearing aids alone.

However, when we watch together and I listen through the speakers, there is a significant delay between the speakers and the BT to her hearing aids that makes it impossible for her to understand the audio because she can also hear the speakers in addition to the BT transmission.

Any help and suggestions appreciated.

Thanks… that’s the same as the printed manual and does not include the mode switching commands that were posted by someone else…

I’m learning as I go along, and am pretty sure that I am not going to be able to get there from where I am, so, I am currently researching other options.
