ANKER A2307 POWERDRIVE 12W QUICK LIGHTNING CAR CHARGER

Hi there,

Purchased my third Anker 12W Power driver charger for my iPhone.

One for each vehicle. The white one i had originally purchased still going strong all these years later.

The black and red one purchased many years ago still going but the latest one i bought 5 months ago has stopped working. All other chargers work fine and cigarette charger port in all vehicles fine and test

Has a safety thing kicked into charger to atop it working or faulty? If someone from Anker can please help me oit or anyone on here who knows if there is a way of resetting the charger

Although it looks like there are a few folks from Anker coming on recently, you probably need to go to Anker support site to send them an email for your issue.

Provide info on what you have done, ie reset it, tried charging with a different cable and plug and etc.

They should be able to help with any of the issues than potentially on the community where we may discuss or help others with potential issues. There may be a reset or it could be something else but Anker help line should be able to help.
