Recently my Anker 7721 keys aren’t functioning properly (specifically the a, s, d, f, g, h, and j keys). Is there a solution? I haven’t spilled or done anything to my keyboard except for typing on it. Please help me out

Have you tried swapping in some fresh batteries?
Sometimes when charge/batteries are low you can get some weirdness from wireless devices.

Still nope… After a full charge, the keys still don’t work
Is there a way to do a hard reset on it? or unpair an repair?

Please give us more details about what you are connecting to. Have you tried with other devices or is just one device that is having an issue?
I am using iOS 12.2 on a iPad 9.7 6th gen
I have now tried seeing if the problem goes away when connecting to a different device and different platform but both have seen the same problem of having the a,s,d,f,g, and h not working at all.
