Using the 11 in 1 PowerExpand+ USB-C device I’m not able to get my two external monitors working as expected. I’m using a Macbook Pro 2019 16" with Catalina and Intel CPU. Both external monitors are set to 1920x1080.
If I plug in one monitor to the Anker HDMI port (using HDMI-HDMI cable) and another to the Anker DP port (using DP to DP cable) the two external monitors show up as one mirrored without the option to extend across them.
If I move the HDMI cable to another port directly on my laptop (with HDMI-USBC converter) and bypass the Anker but keep the DP monitor going through the Anker there is no problem. But the whole point of getting this Anker device was to make it so I only have 1 cable to unplug.
I’ve tried different HDMI cables with no luck.
Any ideas before I return this?
