Anker 10 Port hub shows as USB 2.1 on macOS 10.14.4

I just purchased this Anker 10 Port 60W Data Hub with 7 USB 3.0 and when I plugged into my MacBook Pro 2013 it shows all my devices as USB 2.1. Some are but most are 3.0

Oh and yes I am using a USB 3.0 cable the one that came with it in fact.

I don’t own one of those, but I’m just curious. Try to connect only USB 3 devices refresh the screen and see if it changes. I know it should not work like this but what if actually working like bus(Universal Serial Bus) and slows down base on the slows device connected… what aliens are here :alien: just saying

That was a good idea but still no dice everything I plug in shows as 2.1 :frowning:
