An issue with anker power core+ 20100

`I just bought anker power core+20100 and had an issue with charging mobile phone Samsung note 8 using USB A output ( the port that hasn’t the fast charging logo) I tried using many cables but with no progress[Uploading…](the green one) can any one give me a reason behind that

Is anything able to be charged from the port, another mobile / iPad / tablet etc? When connected, does pressing the power / LED status button kick the charge into life?

Sounds like you might have received a faulty powerbank even Anker has lemons from time to time. But like @ndalby said please check if the port will charge anything else before reaching out to

support@anker.com
Include any steps you have already taken to test the powerbank and order number to expediate the replacement process.
