After years of buying Anker stuff from cables, Sound Cores, Sound Buds x 3 and Eufy Cams I’ve been left feeling somewhat let down of late. It all started with making the mistake of purchasing a set of Liberty 2 Air Ear Buds on Ali Express as a replacement for some sound buds I lost. The items were ordered at the end of April 20 and upon noticing the tracking information had not updated for several weeks (6th April) I contacted their online support. The response included the following sentence: “Would you please wait with patience?” Rather rude I thought. Well we’re now 6 weeks on and still no delivery or tracking updates. I’m left with no headphones waiting for the delivery window to expire so I can open a dispute. Not great when it comes to legendary support! Moral of the story, do not be cheap by trying to save a few quid and buying of Ali Express and do not believe all the legendary Anker support messages you read online. One very disappointed customer.
