Alexa Skill

Hi,

I bough the ROAV VIVA, as I love Alexa and all the capabilities it has. However, the ROAV Viva is not picking up my personally developed skill, it keeps saying its not sure about it. I have enables the skill in my Alexa app and have connecting with the same account it still wouldn’t find it. Can you help please?

Please try to unlink and link / configure your Alexa again within Roav Viva app. Also make sure you have the latest firmware running on your Roav Viva device.

I did try to do that, but it still wouldn’t pick up. I tried to use the skill on my Alexa phone and it would still not pick up.
