Don’t know why my topic doesn’t get approved after one week! So I have to write here. I have also a problem with my activity zone. The camera shows part of the street and I set a activity zone without the street. But everytime a car drives buy the camera gets triggered!
Activity zones feature isn’t working AT ALL
Have the exact same problem. 2C camera view shows part of busy street directly in front of my residence. The activity zone was set up to include only my yard and driveway with street excluded. Motion is triggered every now and then when a car passes down the street. Turning down motion sensitivity doesn’t fix problem. I have motion detection set to all motion as I want it to record cars entering my driveway.
Same problem here. I have the the original Homebase and one original camera via the Kickstarter campaign and three Eufy E cameras. All are on the latest firmware and I use the iOS app. The activity zones do not work on any of them! I still get notifications when motion outside of the activity zone is detected. @AnkerSupport @eufy please fix this.
