There are a lot of different models that can take care of your iPad. At the end it will be more about what other needs you may have regarding charging. Here are some examples that could work for you. There a lot more options if you visit the Anker site or Amazon Anker section.

I’m assuming you have a 2019 iPad Pro from what you’re describing. Those include a 18W USB-C PD charger. But they can use up to a 30W USB-C PD for faster charging. Check out this buyers guide for Anker chargers. I’ve linked to the iPad Pro section. With the 2019 model skip the Lightning picks and focus on the USB-C picks.
