Hello, we have purchased a USB-C to Dual HDMI adapter named an A8324.
When we connect the monitors to it it gives no signal. When we connect another USB-C to HDMI adapter from a different manufacturer it gives a signal. We therefore know the monitors are working, and the MacBook is working OK. It’s just the A8324 that is not giving a signal to the monitors. We have tried it in a different USB-C port with no luck (same no display result) Is there anything you can suggest to get this A8324 adapter to work?
