Hello, my anker ultra-thin bluetooth keyboard works great but on one of my mac desktop computers, it takes FOREVER to wake from sleep… a full minute of typing before it finally shows “connected” and then starts responding. This doesn’t happen with the same model keyboard on a similar mac desktop computer at home. Help! Thanks in advance.

Please contact the Anker support via: support@anker.com and include the the order number, the serial number from your ultra-thin bluetooth keyboard and an error description.

@John_Gay Have you tried a fresh pairing of the keyboard with your iMac, sometimes BT devices can get screwed up on detection & general use. A fresh pairing sometimes rectifies.
