My speaker is linked to a Google Home device but I want to easily switch it to use my PC (Win10) as an input. I can’t get the speaker to show as a bluetooth device. Do I need an app to help me link?

Should be the faulty bluetooth driver of WIN10 as usual.
Remove the driver and install the driver given from the manufacturer of your bluetooth card,
