A3102011cuts off after about 1 min

I bought at A3102011 speaker 1 year ago. It will not stay on even through one song. The battery is charged but it cuts off after about 30-45 sec everytime I try to listen to it.
Any suggestions?

Hi @Mike_Steed and welcome! When you say the Soundcore 2 speaker cuts off, do you mean it disconnects from your device, drops audio (but stays connected) or powers off completely?

Also does this issue occur on more than one device?

What source are you using with this speaker – PC, Smartphone (Android,iPhone), Mac?

Try to reset the speaker, When the speaker is in standby mode, Press/hold “BT” button for about 2-3 seconds to delete all previous pairing records.

Also how about trying to play an audio via 3.5mm Audio input - does the audio cut-out playing this way? This is a good way to check if it is Bluetooth related or some other issue in the speaker itself.
